* Quickly and easily design, alter and update how each call to their extension is handled based on Caller ID, contacts or contact group, and time of day
* Create personalized greetings or custom messages and information for important and frequent callers
* Transfer preferred callers to any designated (cell phone, home number, etc..) if they’re out of the office
* Request an alert by phone or pager when a certain caller phones in, or leaves a message
* Provide access to fax-on-demand and outgoing fax management

Administration & System Management

Not only does CallAttendant Office provide an optimal communications solution for individual users at their extensions, it provides a cost-effective, intelligent office communications solution for system administrators. The IT Manager is able to use the proprietary CallAttendant Office interface to easily configure Trunk-Line auto-attendant services, support dial-by-name and dial-by-extension and they can manage system-wide options, mailbox / user specific options and configurations from any workstation connected to the company's network. Unlike traditional auto-attendant and messaging systems, CallAttendant Office can be easily managed and customized without complicated coding at the network or system-level, eliminating the need for outsourcing telecommunications or telephony expertise.
