Rules and regulations:

		Only Panda product sold by Interwork Technologies will be considered for achievement computation.
		Distributors invoice date will be considered as the date of purchase and the invoice value without taxes will be considered as the purchase value for this promotion.
		Purchase made to service special prize bulk orders will not be counted towards reward redemption.
		Panda Security will provide gas cards from one of the major retailers.
		Panda Security reserves the right to have the final decision on the winner.
		The promotion is valid from April 21st to December 31st, 2011. Prizes will be awarded 6 weeks after the completion of the promotion.
		This scheme is valid for purchases made between April 21st and December 31st 2011. Panda reserves the right to change terms and conditions of this promotion or withdraw it, at its sole discretion.

		The promotion is valid for all resellers of Panda Security Canada only. Any employees of Panda Security Canada are not eligible for this promotion.
		Flight tickets will be from any major city in Canada where there is an international airport. The winner will have to make his own arrangement for transportation if they do not reside in the same city where the flight is leaving from.
		The winner will also have to make the arrangement for their transportation from to airport and hotel and Panda Security will not be responsible for that transportation.
		Trip cost will in no case be paid out in cash to any Partner who does not avail it.
		The trip will include economy class air fare from a major city in Canada (to be decided by Panda) to the destination, hotel stay on a twin sharing basis. All other expenses incurred on the trip will be paid by the partner himself.
