Richard is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sea Change Corp., a holding company for two wholly owned subsidiaries: Interwork Technologies Inc. and iRoam Mobile Solutions Inc. Richard also serves as a Director for Borderware Technologies Inc. and B2B2C Inc. Prior to joining Sea Change, Richard was CEO of Avec technologies Inc., a leading supplier of library automation systems.

Richard is active in supporting initiatives to eliminate homelessness and currently serves on the Boards of the Homes First Society and Homes First Foundation.In 2003, he was a member of the Toronto Board of Trade Task Force on Affordable housing.Richard graduated from McGill University in 1975, with an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and resides in the Toronto area.

Joe has over 15 years management experience leading large business teams and has held senior roles in sales management, business development, and vendor & product management. He has spent the last 6 years at Ingram Micro, most recently responsible for the Wireless & Mobility Division which he founded in 2008. Prior to this role, Joe led the Networking Technology division at Ingram Micro where his group was responsible for VAR business development, marketing, and vendor management. Before joining Ingram Micro, Joe spent over 10 years at Scotiabank where he developed a broad range of experience in enterprise business development, product management, finance, & business operations. Joe has an Executive MBA from Athabasca University and a Marketing degree from York University. He is also committed to the development and education of special needs children through his role on the board of directors at Silver Creek Special Needs Pre-School.

Peter joined Interwork as VP of Finance in September 2007, bringing a wealth of experience specifically in centralizing accounting, acquisition integration and corporate treasury management. At Interwork Peter oversees finance, HR & operations. Prior to joining Interwork, Peter worked with Metal Supermarkets Corporation, Unisource Canada and CIL Inc.

When he isn't crunching the numbers, Peter enjoys coaching youth soccer. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal and lives in the Toronto area.

Carlos oversees North American sales operations for Interwork’s complete vendor line of data security products. In this role, Carlos manages and directs the account sales representatives, paying particular attention to delivering exceptional client experiences, providing accurate pricing and information, and accelerating growth for all partners. Since joining Interwork Technologies in 2006, Carlos has held several positions, most recently as head of development and management for Interwork’s licensing department, where he was instrumental in increasing partner renewals. 

Currently based in Ottawa, Carlos studied business and marketing at Algoma University. When he isn’t knee deep in the sales cycle, you’ll find Carlos on the lake after the next big catch.

Vidya hails from the sunny island of Trinidad and Tobago, where she studied Business Administration at the University of the West Indies. She holds a Technical Certification on IBM Tivoli , and has successfully completed the IBM SWG Top Gun Sales training and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

For the Last 14 years , she was employed with Ingram Micro where she held various positions in Vendor Management including Asset management , Business Development sales, Technical sales,Marketing and recently Vendor Business Manager for the Software and Applications division at Ingram Micro.
