Richard Earle Richard Earle

Richard is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sea Change Corp., a holding company for two wholly owned subsidiaries: Interwork Technologies Inc. and iRoam Mobile Solutions Inc. Richard also serves as a Director for Borderware Technologies Inc. and B2B2C Inc. Prior to joining Sea Change, Richard was CEO of Avec technologies Inc., a leading supplier of library automation systems.

Richard is active in supporting initiatives to eliminate homelessness and currently serves on the Boards of the Homes First Society and Homes First Foundation.In 2003, he was a member of the Toronto Board of Trade Task Force on Affordable housing.Richard graduated from McGill University in 1975, with an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering and resides in the Toronto area.
Ken Lewis Ken Lewis

Ken is responsible for driving Interwork sales and channel business development strategies for all of our vendor partners. He joined Interwork in 1997 as a Territory Manager for Canada and in one year developed 128 new reseller accounts. In 2003, he was promoted to Vice-President of Sales for Canada and grew the security business by over 50%. In 2006, Ken was promoted to Vice-President Sales and Marketing for North America and has expanded Interworks reach into the US market.


Prior to joining Interwork Technologies, Lewis was the Sales and Marketing Manager for an IT value added reseller and was the Sales Manager of Canada's first Computer Superstore - CompuSmart (a division of Hartco).

Praised as one of the best sales trainers Ken was awarded "Best of Show Presentation" at the CompTIA reseller event for his presentation "How to sell Security Solutions to the SMB market". Ken is a graduate of the Information Technology Institute and McGill University Management Institute. Ken is an avid golfer who strives to break 100 and enjoys boating in his spare time.
Peter Noble Peter Noble

Peter joined Interwork as VP of Finance in September 2007, bringing a wealth of experience specifically in centralizing accounting, acquisition integration and corporate treasury management. At Interwork Peter oversees finance, HR & operations. Prior to joining Interwork, Peter worked with Metal Supermarkets Corporation, Unisource Canada and CIL Inc.

When he isn't crunching the numbers, Peter enjoys coaching youth soccer. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal and lives in the Toronto area.
Tim Larocque Tim Larocque

As Director of Sales, Tim has overall responsibility for managing and directing sales in Canada, accelerating growth and ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service from Interwork and our vendor partners. From British Columbia to Newfoundland and Labrador, Tim and his team frequently travel and meet with hundreds of solution providers to discuss and identify emerging markets within our specializations of security, VoIP and IT management.

With 12 years of experience in channel sales and marketing, Tim has worked in progressive sales positions with a large solution provider and software vendors in the managed services and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Interwork, Tim held management positions with leading technology companies including Ingram Micro and Level Platforms.

Tim studied international business & management information systems at Concordia University and currently resides in Ottawa. Tim is a golf nut and enjoys anything to do with wine.
Vidya Maitraiya Vidya Maitraiya

Vidya hails from the sunny island of Trinidad and Tobago, where she studied Business Administration at the University of the West Indies. She holds a Technical Certification on IBM Tivoli , and has successfully completed the IBM SWG Top Gun Sales training and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

For the Last 14 years , she was employed with Ingram Micro where she held various positions in Vendor Management including Asset management , Business Development sales, Technical sales,Marketing and recently Vendor Business Manager for the Software and Applications division at Ingram Micro.
