Telephony / VoIP INSIDE SALES REP. Ottawa ON
Interwork Technologies Inc. is a leading North American value-added distributor specializing in Telephony/VoIP solutions. We’re now seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service rep experienced in selling Telephony/VoIP solutions to resellers/dealers. For the successful candidate this position will quickly lead to a Business Development Management role responsible for a designated territory of telephony dealers/resellers.
In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing a territory of telephony resellers. Your primary focus will be to recruit new resellers/dealers by introducing them to our VoIP solutions and the value-add we offer as a telephony distribution partner. You will also support our Business Development Managers by providing product information and quotations to our current customers. This is an exciting sales position in a fast-paced growing market.
Primary job duties include:
• Recruit new telephony/VoIP resellers in North America.
• To provide quotations to resellers and up-sell or introduce new VoIP solutions.
• Territory and target account planning; achieve/surpass set monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all reseller partners have the necessary tools to be most effective in selling our vendors product lines.
• Cold calling on potential new dealers.
• Assist with all marketing campaigns and ensure they have been completed.
Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience selling telephony/VoIP products is a must. Ideally you have worked for a telephony distributor, VoIP reseller/dealer or VoIP vendor.
• Technical knowledge in VoIP/telephony is required i.e. SIP, IP PBX’s.
• Experience selling any of the following vendors product lines is an asset: AASTRA, OAISYS, Quintum, Fonality, Ingate, ShoreTel, Avaya.
• Able to call upon other businesses (B2B) and sell the advantages of VoIP.
• Proven track record of over-achieving annual sales quota.
• Strong communication & presentation skills are essential.
• Outgoing, self motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
